About Perfect Chance Foundation
Perfect Chance Foundation is a UK registered charity led by a practicing Social Worker and Nurse in London – Lillian Attipoe and other professionals.
This child-centered organisation seeks to find sustainable ways through partnership work with local and international bodies, civil society and non-profit associations, governmental organisations, private sector and developmental agencies to meet the developmental needs of children in Ghana and the United Kingdom, thereby creating more opportunities for them to improve their lives outcomes.
The charity works in Ghana and the United Kingdom to support caregivers, children in care and vulnerable children experiencing all forms of disadvantage. The founders believe that in order for humans to evolve, their basic needs must be met which are physiological, safety, attachment, a sense of belonging etc.
The Perfect Chance Foundation strives to ensure that children in institutional environments they find themselves are able to thrive and minimize the negative impact. Specific areas of support include education, health, working with caregivers, disadvantaged children including orphans, street children and maids surviving cruel masters.
We specialise in family reunification process with exceptional focus on rural communities and disadvantaged areas.
The charity and its team have rich experience in working with children, caregivers, vulnerable groups in district and municipal assembles and the department of social welfare to enhance the capacity and understanding of caregivers.
